Aubergine fine dining restaurant is now open for business. Located at The Fort, within the building of Bridgestone and McDonalds, Aubergine is a real 5 star experience. Aubergine is owned and operated by International School of Culinary Arts headed by Mr. Hans Scallenberg, a swiss national. So you know what to expect, european cuisine at it's finest. Everything about is is First class, the food, the wine, the furniture, the bar, the service, so the sound system must be similar. We installed 14 units Studio Acoustic SA360 ceiling speakers, an MA2400 power amp by QHA, and a BC60S mixer by Bardl. We chose the SA360 for the project since the SAs are coax speakers so they sound very nice and hi-fi quality. The MA2400 is another top choice for the amps because we can simply turn it on and leave it forever, no breakdowns. BC60s is a perfect choice for the mixer since the mixer is user friendly, anybody in Aubergine can operate it.
